I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Clinical Supervisor serving Issaquah, WA and the surrounding communities.
I am dedicated to understanding the internal and external strengths that are inherent in each of us. My therapeutic approach bridges psychological techniques and broader social justice issues, as I intentionally works to recognize and acknowledge the impacts of diversity, privilege, discrimination, and culture on your experience.
When setting treatment goals and exploring values, the impact of your identities and the intersections of those identities are valued. I welcome all members of the LGBTQ2IA+ community and black, indigenous and people of color communities as clients.
